Halland’s Cultural Heritage
The department of cultural heritage is a resource for the region and conducts extensive activities related to archaeology, tangible culture and natural heritage. We actively participate in regional development through advice to the public and to the authorities. Through assignments in archaeology and natural heritage as well as various research and development projects, knowledge of Halland’s history is continuously expanded.
We have qualified archaeologists and restorers for tangible culture. We work with assignments for public authorities, companies, church administrations and private estate owners.
