Hunters

The exhibition tells about the history of hunting in Halland from the Ice Age to the present day. On the journey through time we meet nature, animals and hunters in the region over 10 000 years.

Hunting has since the dawn of mankind held great significance for our development. Hunting taught human beings to cooperate and the proteins from meat developed the human brain. Today the interest in hunting is great and the number of hunters is increasing, but who is allowed to hunt?
